Why we do cards - when you want to move beyond hot market

Phone lead get email, address (you have their phone on called ID) Say as little as possible dont sell them, let the CD do it, just get ADDRESS and EMAIL.
Send a confirmation email that you will be sending CD, with their address etc.
Send out CD - Mail or deliver as soon as possible. Include a note

GOAL to get them to listen to the CD then go from there. Easier said than done! Remind them of CD player in their car
